Here are the reservation terms for our facility.

Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

Making a reservation implies acceptance of the following conditions:

Booking Details:

Please send the following information to the email address info@ilovecambersands.com no later than one day before your planned arrival:

​

a. Details (First Name and Surname) of all individuals who will be staying in our caravan.

b. Confirmation of the residential address of the person making the reservation.

c. Copies of the ID of the person making the reservation.

d. Contact phone number and email address of the booking contact.

Reservation Confirmation:

• Making a reservation through www.ilovecambersands.com automatically generates a reservation confirmation, which will be sent to the provided email address during the reservation process.

• One day before your arrival, we will resend the reservation confirmation along with all relevant information regarding the caravan.

Deposit:

a. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. The deposit should be made via bank transfer, following prior arrangements with the owners of ILoveCambersands.com.

b. The remaining payment (50%) must be settled no later than 60 days before your planned arrival (the day of arrival is considered day 0). Confirmation of payment for the remaining reservation amount will be sent to the provided email address.

Cancellation Policy:

a. A full refund of the deposit will be made if the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before the arrival date.

b. 60% of the paid deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation made at least 35 days before the arrival date.

c. 40% of the paid deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation made at least 28 days before the arrival date.

d. 20% of the paid deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation made at least 21 days before the arrival date.

e. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days or earlier before the arrival date.
